Returns & Eligibility
- All sales are final once an order is placed
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on standard items
- Each product is unique, so slight variations are not considered faults
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please include clear photos of the issue
- Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution
Custom Orders
- Custom and personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- All custom pieces are made specifically for you
