Returns & Eligibility

  • All sales are final once an order is placed
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on standard items
  • Each product is unique, so slight variations are not considered faults

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include clear photos of the issue
  • Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution

Custom Orders

  • Custom and personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • All custom pieces are made specifically for you
